Care Coordinator

Fellowship Church seeks to authentically care for people and equip others to do the same - and a key person on our team thats helps us live into that is our Care Coordinator. We believe that the way we love each other and our community is a part of our witness making this role both inward and outward facing. We expect this position to require about 15 hours per week.

You are a great fit if you:

• Have a strong personal Christian faith exhibited by the Fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-26);

• Have demonstrated positive experiences with working as a part of a team, can laugh at yourself and with others when things don’t go as planned, and most of all, show your love of Christ through your work and interactions with others;

• Have strong organizational skills,

• Are able to engage, encourage, and support volunteers;

• Have the ability to meet with others in their homes and care settings providing a warm and hospitable presence to them.

• Show a willingness to support those with disabilities, medical concerns, and behavioral health needs while also able to refer to the known local resources in Holland community.

• Affirm the mission and vision of Fellowship church (www.felllowshipreformed.org/mission-vision)

• Have at least an associates degree. (Bachelors preferred)
